A scream ripped open the withery and cold evening. Suddenly, I shook, glaring at the misty fog behind me. Shiny, pointy, heeled shoes tapped wildly on the old plain streets. Rapid weeps echoed by a girl, panting continuously. Even worse, I heard the crashing of a sharp and steel blade. I thought carefully about the front cover of a newspaper: blood, murder and death.

I crept forward, my head was banging, my hands were trembling and my heart was thumping! I thought about stepping closer gradually until I finally could get a clear glimpse at the girl being murdered but it was a risky chance. What could I do? I took a closer step, 1… 2…3…! I was staring shockingly at an unusual fight starting to get worse. The girl seemed to be blocking herself to avoid getting murdered every time the sharp, steel blade swung directly at her face. I was too close. The ripper stared at me in horror. It was all down to me.

I found an old pack of needles and stuck them onto a dirty bin lid found in a little corner with blue tack and pointed it bravely towards the vicious ripper as my bare knees shaked with terror. “GRRR!” the ripper grunted ferociously. I tried poking him but, unfortunately, my efforts were not worthwhile.
